A new neighbor moved in, he was very out spoken and asked about my dogs saying he'd want one of them and would pay 350 for my sheltie collie and knew a breeder that had one he could buy when it was born. I asked my son who named him to sell him and he said ok just send him some money.

I let my neighbor give me an IOU and pay 175 on his payday and the rest on the next payday, I asked him if he could afford it and it wouldn't put him out and he said he could pay it. I found...
